Reference: Avigilon Alta data residency

To provide the cloud infrastructure needed to host and run Alta Aware, Avigilon Alta uses services from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Digital Ocean.
Aware data centers
Alta Aware deployments are hosted on GCP. By default, Digital Ocean is used to host the TURN servers used by Smart Path. If the location of the TURN servers is changed, GCP hosts them.
For both GCP, Avigilon Alta uses multiple data centers as listed in table 1. Partners can choose the data center used when your deployment is created. This gives you control over the residency of your data, and reduces the distance that video data travels between your cameras, your Cloud Connectors and the Alta Cloud and Alta Cloud Storage.

TURN server location
Partners can configure the data region of the TURN servers used by a Deployment during setup, or change it later using DMP. By default, Digital Ocean hosts TURN servers. If the default location is changed, GCP hosts them. TURN servers store no data and transfer data encrypted with keys unknown to the TURN servers.
